A sample of some of the healthy home choices we traditionally make on each spec we build:

Much of what a new home becomes is based on the materials selected to build that home.  At HBM, we utilize known, trusted brands throughout your new home.

At HBM, we start every home we build with a high level of quality but we do not stop until the home itself is also an inspired design.  We do not build our homes from a set of "standard" plans.  Instead, we design every home we build (even specs) from scratch around a central architectural theme and concept.  We want every home we build to be our next customers unique and custom “dream home”.  This requires us to spend many hours with our architects and designers to make each detail of every project we start something special and truly custom.

After buying an HBM home, your positive experience does not stop with just our construction standards and beautiful, unique designs.  HBM provides after the sale service and a comprehensive warranty on every home we sell.

At HBM, we have established relationships with local banks that can help you secure competitive financing for your next dream home.  We do not take commissions for this service, in turn, we ask our banking contacts to pass those savings onto you.
